Part 2: In-Store Beauty Services Terms and Conditions

(Walk-in and Appointment Services)

1. Management Discretion

Management reserves the right to offer replacement services at its sole discretion in the case of any dissatisfaction.

2. Complaints Policy

All complaints must be submitted directly to management by 7:00 PM on the day of service. Supporting photographic evidence must be provided for any claims related to treatment outcomes.

3. Photography and Privacy

In accordance with GDPR guidelines, customers must seek permission before taking any photographs within the premises. This protects your privacy, as well as that of our staff and other clients.

4. Appointment Timing

Please arrive on time for your appointment or walk-in service. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling at the discretion of staff.

5. Patch Tests and Allergies

Patch tests are required for certain treatments. It is your responsibility to inform staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or previous adverse reactions to beauty treatments.

6. Medical Disclosure

It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions (e.g., pregnancy, skin conditions, eye infections, recent surgeries, cosmetic procedures or medication use) that may affect treatment safety or results. 8. Children in the Salon

For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 must always be supervised and are not permitted in treatment areas.

9. Treatment for Under 16

We do not treat children under the age of 16 unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

10. Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed. Management will review requests on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not issued for completed services.
